Who you are buying from

Notchix is made by Yash Raj (trading as YR Studio), [[ADDRESS]] ("we"). The licence is sold through Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and handle payment, tax and invoices. Their terms of sale apply to the purchase as well.

Getting started

After you buy, Dodo Payments emails you the download and your licence key. Paste the key in Notchix under Settings, Licence. Until you do, every feature works for 14 days from the first launch; after that, Home and the music player keep working and the other tools and themes wait for the key.

Your licence

• One payment gives you a personal licence to use Notchix on up to 2 of your Macs at a time. There is no subscription.
• Updates to Notchix are included at no extra charge.
• To move the licence to a new Mac, remove it from the old one in Settings, Licence, or email us and we will free it.
• The licence is yours and cannot be resold, shared with other people or redistributed.
• You may not remove or work around the licence check, or redistribute, decompile or resell the app.

Price

Notchix costs ₹299, the same for everyone. Checkout can show it in your own currency at that day's exchange rate; the final amount, including any tax, is set at checkout from the country of your payment card. A launch price can rise later; a licence you already bought stays yours at no extra cost.

Refunds

If Notchix is not for you, email notchixapp@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and you will get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. Your licence key stops working once the refund is made.

Services Notchix works with

Notchix reads from Spotify and Apple Music, gets forecasts from Open-Meteo and exchange rates from Frankfurter, and talks to the sales and analytics services you connect with your own keys. It is not affiliated with any of them, and it depends on them continuing to work the way they do today. If one of them changes and a feature stops working, we will try to fix it, but we cannot promise to.

Notchix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Mac, MacBook and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names belong to their owners.

Your data

What the app stores stays on your Mac. The privacy policy lists every request that leaves it.

No warranty

Notchix is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important you put in it, such as notes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. The terms that applied when you bought still cover that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
